I opted for a strawberry mousse spinoff of Martha’s Raspberry Mousse Pie. Why strawberries? Because raspberries are freakin’ expensive… and that I usually prefer the strawberry flavor. The only thing that I think was missing was that intense pink color that the raspberries provided… oh and next time I wouldn’t mind swirling in some chocolate mousse as well. The Nutella was a nice touch, but I would have liked to taste more chocolate throughout.
